The Steel Wire Mesh Skeleton Polyethylene Composite Pipe (SRTP/SRCP) is an innovative mining solution. Reinforced by a high-strength steel wire mesh skeleton, helically twisted and molded for superior durability, it features a core of modified flame-retardant and antistatic high-density polyethylene (HDPE). High-performance adhesive resin bonds the steel wire skeleton seamlessly with the inner and outer HDPE layers, merging the strengths of both steel and plastic pipes. This versatile pipe excels in various underground applications such as water supply, drainage, slurry spraying, gas extraction, and air pressure management.

Polyethylene Raw Materials: The inner and outer polyethylene resin used in coal mining applications employs specially modified, flame-retardant, antistatic materials. These include carbon nanotube (CNT) modified materials and permanently colored special materials, all developed by our company with proprietary technology. This ensures the pipes meet MT181 and MT558.1 standards while enhancing the mechanical properties of the material.
Enhanced Steel Wire: We use copper-plated steel wire that meets GB/T14450 requirements and boasts a strength of 2050MPA, significantly surpassing the standard requirement of 1850MPA.
