Product Description

uPVC pipe is manufactured using sanitary polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as its primary raw material. This resin undergoes extrusion molding via a plastic extruder, with the addition of appropriate stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, color enhancers, and other additives. The production process includes cooling, curing, shaping, inspection, and packaging, resulting in the completion of the pipe.

Connection Method

The joints of uPVC pipes typically utilize a spigot and socket bonding method. The standard procedure involves first identifying the mounting point and marking it.
