Building on the innovative 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' concept, we utilize organic polymers and specialized processes to enhance the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standardized control ≥105°), significantly surpassing the usual 88°-92° of typical polyethylene. This remarkable feature improves the pipeline's surface smoothness, drastically lowers the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, reducing energy consumption. Furthermore, the synergistic anti-scaling and antibacterial properties ensure an authentic antibacterial effect, preventing issues like non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and the fluid, often caused by scaling. (Water contact angle: The angle where the water droplet meets the material's surface; a 90° < contact angle < 180° indicates hydrophobicity.)
