Inner Epoxy Resin Outer Polyethylene Coating Composite Steel Pipe: A Superior Fusion of Durability and Performance. Our composite steel pipes feature a pre-treated steel base, heated and coated on the inner surface with fusion-bonded epoxy powder, and on the outer surface with polyethylene powder. This dual-coating process results in a corrosion-resistant, steel-plastic composite product, designed to deliver exceptional performance and longevity in a wide range of applications.
The flexible cap and insert coated plastic steel pipe is crafted from premium-grade steel pipe. One end is meticulously bevelled, while the other end is expertly flared and then coated with a protective plastic layer. Utilizing a T-shaped rubber ring, similar in structure to a spherical ink pipe, ensures a seamless connection with the cap and insert. This innovative design not only retains the core benefits of coated steel pipes but also integrates the speed and reliability of ductile iron pipe flexible socket connections.
