Steel wire reinforced PE composite pipe(known as SRTP/SRCP pipe)is formed by spirally winding high strength steel wire as the forcement and modified flame retardant and antistatic HDPE as the matrix, then bonded them together through high-performance adhesive resin. It is a new mining product that combines the advanatges of steel pipe and plastic pipe, been widely used in underground water supply and drainage, shotcrete, gas drainage and air pressure.
Our company has accumulated more than ten years of experience in the research and application of steel wire mesh skeleton plastic (polyethylene) composite piping system, which has effectively solved the defects of short service life of traditional pipelines, poor corrosion resistance, high product weight, poor flexibility, and large friction loss. The piping system has a complete set of pipes, fittings and high, medium and low pressure connections, which are widely used in underground coal mines for water supply and drainage, nitrogen injection, gas extraction, pressurized air and non-coal mines, chemical industry and other fields.

Better ability to resist foundation settlement. When the pipeline withstands pressure, there will be no pressure relief under certain bends.
Polyethylene and coated steel wire are composited with special modified materials, with a composite strength of ≥15N/mm.
The pressure-bearing pipe mainly relies on steel wire, thereby reducing the consumption of polyethylene raw materials and having obvious cost advantages. It can be connected outside the ditch, reducing the amount of earthwork excavation, making the connection quick and reducing construction costs. The pipe is lightweight and has low dependence on large equipment.
Flexible pipes can be cut to different lengths as needed, and the number of joints is greatly reduced. The dead weight of the pipe is about 1/2 of the steel pipe and 1/3 of the cement pipe, which reduces the frequency of use of large-scale installation equipment.
The pipeline material is anti-corrosive, not easy to breed bacteria, and will not produce the "yellow water" phenomenon of traditional pipelines.
Pipes generally use electrofusion and mechanical connections, which can adapt to the needs of various application environments.
