Drawing inspiration from the remarkable 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, our advanced pipeline technology utilizes organic polymers and specialized processes to elevate the water contact angle on our pipe surfaces to an impressive 111° (far exceeding the standard control of ≥105°), significantly surpassing ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°. This enhancement remarkably improves the smoothness of the pipeline surface, effectively reducing the adsorption capacity of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances within the water, thereby minimizing the energy consumption associated with pipeline water flow. Additionally, the dual action of our anti-scaling and antibacterial properties ensures an authentic antibacterial effect for the pipeline, preventing the typical non-contact failure issues between the antibacterial layer and fluid caused by pipeline scaling.
