- Buried Applications: Options include inner epoxy with outer PE, inner epoxy with outer 3PE, inner epoxy with outer 3PP, and fully epoxy-coated (both inner and outer).
- Pipe Jacking: Choose from inner epoxy with outer 3PE, inner epoxy with outer 3PP, or inner epoxy with double-layer epoxy on the outer surface.
- Trenchless Traction: Available with inner epoxy and outer 3PE, inner epoxy with outer 3PP, or inner epoxy with double-layer epoxy.
- Open-Air Applications: Features include inner epoxy with outer anti-UV coating for enhanced durability.
Inner Epoxy Resin Outer Polyethylene Coating Composite Steel Pipe: This advanced steel pipe starts with a pre-treated steel base, then undergoes heating and is coated on the inner surface with fusion-bonded epoxy powder. The outer surface is finished with polyethylene powder, resulting in a corrosion-resistant steel-plastic composite product with exceptional performance.
