Made with specially modified flame-retardant and antistatic high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and bonded with a high-performance bonding resin, the pipe showcases a unique synergy between the steel wire skeleton and the inner and outer HDPE layers. By blending the best attributes of steel and plastic pipe, this resilient design is ideal for demanding applications such as underground water supply, drainage, slurry spraying, gas extraction and gas pressure systems.
Polyethylene raw materials: The inner and outer polyethylene resins used in our water supply and drainage engineering applications are made of food-safe HDPE special modified materials, including carbon nanotube (CNT) modified substances. No heavy metal salt stabilizers are added during pipe processing. The materials are non-toxic and have excellent hygienic properties. These advanced materials are developed using our company's proprietary technology to improve the mechanical properties of the pipes, ensuring that they not only meet but also exceed the MT181 and MT558.1 standards, exceeding performance expectations.
Reinforced steel wire: Our pipes use copper-plated steel wire that meets the GB/T14450 standard and has a tensile strength of up to 2050 MPA. This significantly exceeds the standard requirement of 1850 MPA, ensuring excellent durability and superior performance.
Binder resin: The innovative binder resin we developed using exclusive proprietary technology has unparalleled adhesion to steel wire and excellent process adaptability. This ensures that our pipes exhibit outstanding reliability and robustness, even in the most challenging environments.
