Applicable to buried,  trenchless traction, pipe jacking and open-air applications and other environmental conditions, the following anti-corrosion solutions can be used respectively:

Inner epoxy resin outer polyethylene coating composite steel pipe is a pre-treated steel pipe as the base pipe, pipe heating in its inner surface coated with fusion bonded epoxy powder, the outer surface of the polyethylene powder coated with a corrosion-resistant steel-plastic composite products made of performance.

Connection Method

 

The flexible cap and insert coated plastic steel pipe is based on high-quality steel pipe, one end of the pipe is bevelled, one end is flaring, and then coated with plastic. The T-shaped rubber ring with the same structure as the spherical ink pipe is directly connected with the cap and insert. On the basis of retaining the advantages of coated steel pipe, it inherits the advantages of fast and reliable connection of ductile iron pipe flexible socket and socket, and complements the advantages of the two.
