Polyethylene Raw Materials: In the realm of coal mining, the inner and outer polyethylene resin layers are crafted from flame-retardant and antistatic specially modified materials, including carbon nanotube (CNT) modified substances and permanently colored special materials. Beyond complying with MT181 and MT558.1 standards, these advanced materials significantly enhance the mechanical properties of our pipes.
Enhanced Steel Wire: Our pipes utilize copper-plated steel wire conforming to GB/T14450 requirements, boasting a remarkable strength of 2050 MPa, far surpassing the standard 1850 MPa requirements. This ensures superior durability and reliability in demanding environments.
Adhesive Resin: Our patented adhesive resin, developed with the company's proprietary technology, offers exceptional adhesion to steel wire and outstanding process adaptability. This innovation ensures a robust bond and enhances the overall structural integrity of the composite pipes.
Pipe flanges
Pipe Flanges are the projecting edges, rims, ribs, or collars that join two pipes or a pipe to a fitting or piece of equipment. For situations when solvent cementing would not hold, such as during the dismantling of a piping system or during a temporary or mobile installation, or when two materials have to transition into one another, pipe flanges are utilized.
Flanges also have a high moment-carrying capability in comparison to other types of mechanical connections. This is a crucial quality for systems vulnerable to pipe-walking and lateral bending due to changes in temperature and pressure (e.g. deep water lines).

The binder resin is pivotal to our Composite HDPE Pipe with Steel Mesh. It ensures the seamless transfer of stress during the pipe pressure process and is a crucial composite material. The quality of our product is significantly influenced by the performance of the binder resin. At Shandong Donghong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd., we boast a specialized raw material design and development platform, precisely tailored to enhance the binder resin's capabilities, ensuring optimal compatibility with our processes and equipment.
Plating serves a dual purpose: it offers corrosion protection and boosts the shear strength between the steel wire and bonding resin. Through rigorous data testing and comparisons, it was discovered that the average shear strength of tin bronze reaches 20.69MPa, while brass is at 11.42MPa. Such variations in shear strength with different plating and bonding resins led us to opt for tin bronze-plated steel wire as our pressure-bearing substrate, ensuring superior performance and reliability.
