Anti-scaling Property
Inspired by the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we employ advanced organic polymers and specialized processes to achieve a remarkable water contact angle of 111° on the pipeline surface (standard control ≥105°). This far surpasses ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°, significantly enhancing the pipeline's surface smoothness and reducing the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances. Consequently, this reduces water pipeline energy consumption. The anti-scaling and antibacterial properties work synergistically to ensure true antibacterial performance, preventing non-contact failure issues between the antibacterial layer and the fluid due to scaling. (Water contact angle: the angle formed by a water droplet on a material's surface; a hydrophobic effect is indicated by 90° < water contact angle < 180°.)Hydrophobic Patency
Compared to conventional plastic pipes, our pipes boast a smoother inner wall, reduced flow resistance, and higher water transmission capacity. Anti-bacterial Performance
Our pipes incorporate ionic antibacterial agents into the inner wall. Tested by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center according to JC/T939-2004 'Antibacterial Performance of Antibacterial Plastic Pipe for Construction,' the antibacterial rate exceeds 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. This ensures the elimination of microorganisms attached to the tube wall, prevents the growth of microbial films, and provides permanent antibacterial protection.
