Polyethylene Raw Materials: The inner and outer polyethylene resin utilized in coal mines are crafted from flame-retardant and antistatic specially modified materials. These include carbon nanotube (CNT) modified materials and permanent coloring special materials developed with our independent intellectual property rights. Meeting the stringent standards of MT181 and MT558.1, these pipes boast enhanced mechanical properties.
Enhanced Steel Wire: Utilizing copper-plated steel wire that complies with GB/T14450 standards, our pipes feature a strength of 2050MPA, significantly surpassing the standard requirement of 1850MPA.

Binder resin is the cornerstone of our High Strength HDPE Steel Mesh Pipe. It ensures the seamless transfer of stress during the pipe pressure process and is integral to the composite material of the pipe. The quality of the binder resin significantly impacts the overall product quality. At Shandong Donghong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd., we have developed a dedicated raw material design and development platform to enhance the binder resin. This platform ensures optimal compatibility between materials, processes, and equipment.
Plating serves a dual purpose of corrosion protection and enhancement of the shear strength between the steel wire and the bonding resin. Through extensive data testing and comparisons, we discovered that the average shear strength of tin bronze plating is 20.69MPa, whereas brass is at 11.42MPa, revealing significant differences in shear strength based on the type of plating. To maximize performance, we selected tin bronze-plated steel wire as the pressure-bearing substrate, offering superior shear strength and durability.

"One Belt, One Road" Initiative: Indonesia OBI Nickel and Cobalt Project Deep Sea Landfill
Situated on Obi Island, North Maluku Province, Indonesia, this project was designed by U.S. Borealis (Beijing) Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. for the deep-sea landfill (DSTP) system. After comparing economic investments and assessing operation and maintenance safety, the dn1000 * 1.6MPa steel wire mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipe was ultimately selected. This choice demonstrates Donghong Wisdom's advanced solutions, with the project amounting to 66.484 million yuan.
