Steel Wire Mesh Skeleton Polyethylene Composite Pipe (SRTP/SRCP for short) is a new type of mining product which is reinforced by the mesh skeleton of high-strength steel wires helically twisted and molded on the left and right, and based on the modified flame-retardant and antistatic high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and the high-performance adhesive resin is used to bond the steel wire skeleton with the inner and outer layers of high-density polyethylene, and integrate the advantages of the steel pipe and the plastic pipe, which is widely used in the following areas It is widely used for underground water supply and drainage, slurry spraying, gas extraction and air pressure.

Polythylene raw materials:the inner and outerpolythylene resin in the field of coal mine adopts flame retardant an anti static special modified materials(carbon nanotube CNT modified materials, permanent coloring special materials) used by the company with indepentent intellecyual property rights.On the basis of the pipes meeting MT181 an MT558.1,the mechanical properties of the materials are improved.
Enhanced steel wire:using copper-plated steel wire conforming to GB/T14450 requirements,the strength of 2050MPA,far exceeding the standard 1850MPA requirements.
Adhesive resin:the patenred product using the company's independent intellectual property rights,has the advantages of strong steel wire sdhesion and strong process adaptability.
