By harnessing the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we employ organic polymers and specialized techniques to elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This far exceeds the ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°, ensuring a smoother pipeline surface that significantly reduces calcium and magnesium ion adsorption. Consequently, energy consumption is lowered. This superior anti-scaling feature, paired with the pipeline's antibacterial properties, guarantees a truly antibacterial pipeline, eliminating non-contact failures due to scaling.
