The Inner epoxy resin outer polyethylene coating composite steel pipe begins with a pre-treated steel base. It undergoes meticulous heating, with its inner surface being flawlessly coated with fusion bonded epoxy powder, while the outer surface is enveloped in a polyethylene powder. The result is a corrosion-resistant steel-plastic composite pipe exhibiting unparalleled performance.
The flexible cap and insert coated plastic steel pipe starts with a superior steel pipe foundation. One end is bevelled, the other end is flared, and both are subsequently coated with plastic. A T-shaped rubber ring, mirroring the structure of a spherical ink pipe, directly connects with the cap and insert. While retaining the coated steel pipe's benefits, it also incorporates the rapid and dependable connection characteristics of ductile iron pipe flexible sockets. This fusion of strengths creates a superior, reliable connection method.
