Anti-scaling property

Drawing inspiration from the hydrophobic principle of lotus leaves, we employ advanced organic polymers and specialized processes to elevate the water contact angle on our pipelines' surfaces to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly outshining ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°. This enhancement boosts surface smoothness, diminishes the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, and lowers pipeline energy consumption. Additionally, our pipeline's anti-scaling and antibacterial properties synergize to deliver genuine antibacterial performance, preventing issues arising from pipeline scaling. (Water contact angle: the angle formed by water droplets on a material surface, 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates hydrophobicity.)

Compared to conventional plastic pipes, our pipes feature a smoother inner wall, reduced flow resistance, and superior water transmission capacity.
