Leveraging the ingenious 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, our advanced organic polymers and specialized processes elevate the water contact angle on the pipe's surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly outperforming ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°. This innovation enhances the pipeline's surface smoothness and minimizes the adherence of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances. As a result, it reduces energy consumption and optimizes the pipeline's true antibacterial capabilities. This synergy between anti-scaling and antibacterial properties effectively prevents non-contact failures between the antibacterial layer and fluid due to pipeline scaling. (Water contact Angle: 90° < water contact Angle < 180° indicates a hydrophobic effect.)
