Drawing on the brilliant principle of 'lotus leaf hydrophobicity', our innovative application of organic polymers and special processes elevates the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°), far surpassing the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°. This remarkable feature enhances the smoothness of the pipeline surface, significantly reducing the adsorption capacity of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances.
