Utilizing the remarkable 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we employ advanced organic polymers and specialized processes to increase the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This is a significant improvement over ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°, resulting in a smoother pipeline surface that minimizes calcium and magnesium ion adsorption and reduces energy consumption. This advanced anti-scaling feature, combined with the pipeline's antibacterial properties, ensures a genuinely antibacterial pipeline, effectively avoiding scaling-induced non-contact failure issues. (Water Contact Angle: 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates a hydrophobic effect.)Hydrophobic patency
Our pipes feature an exceptionally smooth inner wall compared to conventional plastic pipes, resulting in reduced flow resistance and enhanced water transmission capacity. This superior inner wall smoothness outperforms traditional polyethylene pipes, addressing the issue of increased energy consumption during long-term pipe network operation. Anti-bacterial Performance
Our pipes incorporate an ionic antibacterial agent within the inner wall. Tested under JC/T939-2004 standards by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center, the antibacterial rate exceeds 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. This guarantees the elimination of microorganisms on the tube wall, prevents microbial film formation, and ensures a permanent antibacterial effect.
