Drawing on the revolutionary principle of 'lotus leaf hydrophobicity,' our cutting-edge manufacturing utilizes organic polymers and innovative processes to achieve an impressive water contact angle of 111° on the pipeline surface (standard control ≥105°). This dramatically surpasses typical polyethylene's 88°-92°, ensuring unparalleled smoothness and reducing calcium, magnesium ion adhesion, and other substances. Consequently, energy consumption is minimized. The synergy between our anti-scaling and antibacterial properties delivers authentic antibacterial protection, eliminating contact failure risks between the antibacterial layer and fluid caused by scaling. (Water contact angle: defined as the angle at which a water droplet interfaces with the material's surface, where 90° < water contact angle < 180° signifies hydrophobicity.)
