Drawing inspiration from the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, our innovative use of organic polymers and specialized processes elevates the water contact angle on the pipe surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly surpassing the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°. This enhancement improves pipeline surface smoothness, minimizes calcium and magnesium ion adsorption, and reduces energy consumption. Additionally, the synergistic effects of anti-scaling and antibacterial properties ensure a truly antibacterial pipeline, preventing issues related to fluid non-contact due to scaling. (Water contact angle: 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates hydrophobic properties.)
