Anti-scaling property
By harnessing the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we employ organic polymers and advanced processes to enhance the water contact angle on our pipeline surfaces to an impressive 111° (exceeding the standard control of ≥105°). This superior contact angle far surpasses the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°, resulting in a smoother pipeline surface that minimizes calcium and magnesium ion adsorption. Consequently, this reduces energy consumption and effectively prevents scaling, ensuring our pipelines maintain their antibacterial properties and avoiding non-contact failure issues.Hydrophobic patency
Our pipes feature an exceptionally smooth inner wall, surpassing conventional plastic pipes in reducing flow resistance and enhancing water transmission capacity. This improved internal smoothness significantly lowers energy consumption over long-term operation, making our pipes ideal for the drinking water industry and ensuring efficient and reliable performance.
Anti-bacterial Performance
We integrate an ionic antibacterial agent within the inner wall of our pipes. Certified by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center under JC/T939-2004 standards, our pipes achieve an antibacterial rate of over 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. This ensures complete elimination of microorganisms on the tube wall, preventing microbial film formation, and guaranteeing a lasting antibacterial effect.
