Inspired by the remarkable 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, our pipelines integrate organic polymers with cutting-edge processes to elevate the water contact angle to an impressive 111° (exceeding the standard control of ≥105°). This surpasses ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°, enhancing surface smoothness and minimizing adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances. This innovation reduces the pipeline's energy consumption significantly. Meanwhile, the synergy of anti-scaling and antibacterial properties delivers a genuine antibacterial effect, eliminating non-contact failure issues between the antimicrobial layer and the fluid due to scaling. (Water contact angle: the angle of water droplets on a material's surface, with 90° < angle < 180° indicating hydrophobicity.)
