Polyethylene Raw Materials: The polyethylene resin used for inner and outer layers in coal mining applications is formulated from flame-retardant and antistatic specialized modified materials. These advanced materials, including carbon nanotube (CNT) modifications and permanent coloring agents, are developed with our proprietary intellectual property rights. Adhering to the MT181 and MT558.1 standards, these pipes exhibit significantly enhanced mechanical properties, ensuring top performance in demanding environments.
Enhanced Steel Wire: We employ copper-plated steel wire compliant with GB/T14450 standards. With an impressive strength of 2050MPA, it far exceeds the standard requirement of 1850MPA, providing superior durability and robustness.

It is one of the essential composite materials, and its performance significantly impacts the product's quality. Our data testing and comparisons reveal that tin bronze averages a shear strength of 20.69MPa, while brass averages 11.42MPa, highlighting substantial differences in shear strength with various plating and bonding resins. Consequently, we have chosen tin bronze-plated steel wire as our pressure-bearing substrate due to its superior performance.
