Anti-scaling Property
Utilizing the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we employ advanced organic polymers and specialized processes to elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This far surpasses the typical 88°-92° of ordinary polyethylene, enhancing the pipeline's surface smoothness, and significantly reducing the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances. Consequently, this optimization lowers the energy consumption for water transportation. The synergistic action of anti-scaling and antibacterial properties ensures a genuine antibacterial effect, preventing issues related to non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and fluid due to scaling. (Note: Water contact angle ranges from 90° to 180° for hydrophobic effect.)Hydrophobic Patency
Compared to conventional plastic pipes, our pipes feature an exceptionally smooth inner wall, reducing flow resistance and enhancing water transmission capacity. This superior smoothness, especially when compared to traditional polyethylene pipes, addresses the issue of increased energy consumption over prolonged use, making it an optimal choice for the drinking water industry.
Anti-bacterial Performance
Our pipes incorporate an ionic antibacterial agent within the inner wall. Tested by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center following JC/T939-2004 standards for 'Antibacterial performance of antibacterial plastic pipes for Construction', our products achieve an antibacterial rate exceeding 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. This ensures the elimination of microorganisms on the tube wall, prevents the formation of microbial films, and provides a lasting antibacterial effect.
Terrain Adaptability
Our pipes are engineered to accommodate the flexibility of plastic under pressure. This flexibility enables adaptive laying, reducing the need for additional fittings and allowing the pipeline to adjust naturally to terrain shifts and settlements.
