Inspired by the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we employ advanced organic polymers and specialized techniques to enhance the water contact angle on our pipeline surfaces to an impressive 111° (with a standard control of ≥105°), significantly surpassing the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°. This innovation enhances the smoothness of the pipeline surface, effectively reducing the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, thereby diminishing the energy consumption of water flow through the pipeline. Moreover, the synergistic effect of the anti-scaling and antibacterial properties ensures a truly antibacterial pipeline, minimizing the risk of non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and the fluid due to scaling. (Water contact angle: The angle formed by water droplets on material surfaces, where 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates a hydrophobic effect.)
