Polyethylene Raw Materials: Our inner and outer polyethylene resins, specifically designed for the coal mining industry, incorporate flame-retardant and antistatic properties using special modified materials, including carbon nanotube (CNT) and permanent coloring agents. These materials are proprietary to our company, enhancing the mechanical properties of the pipes while meeting industry standards MT181 and MT558.1.
Enhanced Steel Wire: We utilize copper-plated steel wire that meets GB/T14450 specifications, boasting a remarkable strength of 2050MPa, significantly surpassing the standard requirement of 1850MPa.
Adhesive Resin: Our proprietary adhesive resin, protected by independent intellectual property rights, ensures exceptional steel wire adhesion and superior process adaptability, offering unmatched performance and reliability.

The binder resin plays a pivotal role in our Reinforced HDPE Pipe with Steel Mesh. It ensures seamless stress transfer during the pipe pressure process and acts as a cornerstone composite material. The performance of the binder resin significantly determines the product's quality. To enhance this, Shandong Donghong Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. has established a specialized raw material design and development platform aimed at refining the binder resin, ensuring optimal matching with processes and equipment.
Plating serves a dual purpose: it offers robust corrosion protection and significantly boosts the shear strength between the steel wire and bonding resin. Through extensive data testing and comparisons, we've discovered that tin bronze plating achieves an average shear strength of 20.69MPa, whereas brass reaches 11.42MPa. The substantial differences in shear strength among various platings and bonding resins led us to select tin bronze-plated steel wire as the ideal pressure-bearing substrate.
