Leveraging the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we harness organic polymers and specialized processes to elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly surpassing ordinary polyethylene's 88°-92°. This enhancement ensures a smoother pipeline surface, diminishes calcium and magnesium ion adsorption, and reduces energy consumption. This anti-scaling feature, combined with the pipeline's antibacterial properties, ensures a genuinely antibacterial pipeline, avoiding non-contact failure issues caused by scaling. (Water Contact Angle: 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates a hydrophobic effect.)Hydrophobic Patency
Our pipes boast an exceptionally smooth inner wall compared to conventional plastic pipes, leading to reduced flow resistance and heightened water transmission capacity. This superior inner wall smoothness surpasses that of traditional polyethylene pipes, addressing the problem of increased energy consumption during long-term pipe network operation. Anti-bacterial Performance
Our pipes incorporate an ionic antibacterial agent within the inner wall. Tested under JC/T939-2004 standards by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center, the antibacterial rate exceeds an astounding 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
