Ingeniously inspired by the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, our pipes employ organic polymers and unique processes to elevate the water contact angle on the pipeline surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This far surpasses the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°. By enhancing the smoothness of the pipeline surface, it effectively minimizes the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances present in the water, substantially reducing energy consumption. The anti-scaling and antibacterial properties synergistically deliver a truly effective antibacterial performance, preventing issues like non-contact failures between the antibacterial layer and fluid due to scaling. (Water contact angle: the angle formed by a water droplet on a material's surface; 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates hydrophobicity.)
