Drawing inspiration from the natural 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we incorporate organic polymers and special techniques, elevating the water contact angle on our pipeline surfaces to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This superior angle is a significant enhancement over the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°, leading to a smoother pipeline surface. Consequently, it diminishes the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, reducing energy consumption during water transport. Moreover, the pipeline exhibits an outstanding anti-scaling and antibacterial performance, effectively ensuring the true antibacterial properties by averting issues of non-contact failure due to scaling. (Water contact angle: the angle of water droplets on material surfaces, 90° < water contact angle < 180° indicates a hydrophobic effect.)
