Crafted from specially modified flame-retardant and antistatic high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and bonded with high-performance adhesive resin, this pipe showcases a unique synergy between the steel wire skeleton and both the inner and outer HDPE layers. By merging the best attributes of both steel and plastic pipes, this resilient design is perfectly suited for demanding applications such as underground water supply, drainage, slurry spraying, gas extraction, and air pressure systems.

Polyethylene Raw Materials: The inner and outer polyethylene resin employed in our coal mine applications is manufactured from flame-retardant and antistatic specialized modified materials, including carbon nanotube (CNT) modified substances and permanent coloring materials. Developed with our company's proprietary technology, these advanced materials enhance the mechanical properties of the pipes, ensuring they not only meet but surpass MT181 and MT558.1 standards, exceeding performance expectations.
Enhanced Steel Wire: Our pipes utilize copper-plated steel wire that conforms to GB/T14450 standards, featuring an impressive tensile strength of 2050MPA. This significantly outperforms the standard requirement of 1850MPA, guaranteeing superior durability and exceptional performance.
