Polyethylene Raw Materials: Our coal mine application pipes utilize inner and outer polyethylene resin made from flame-retardant and antistatic specialized modified materials, including carbon nanotube (CNT) modified materials and permanent coloring special materials. These proprietary materials enhance the mechanical properties of the pipes, ensuring they meet MT181 and MT558.1 standards while surpassing performance expectations.
Enhanced Steel Wire: We use copper-plated steel wire adhering to GB/T14450 standards, offering an impressive strength of 2050MPA. This significantly exceeds the standard requirement of 1850MPA, ensuring unmatched durability and performance.
