Utilizing the ingenious 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, we employ advanced organic polymers and specialized processes to elevate the water contact angle on our pipeline surfaces to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°), significantly outperforming standard polyethylene's 88°-92°. This remarkable enhancement ensures a notably smoother pipeline surface, minimizes calcium and magnesium ion adsorption, and effectively reduces energy consumption. By integrating this superior anti-scaling capability with our pipelines' inherent antibacterial properties, we deliver a truly antibacterial pipeline, eliminating non-contact failure issues caused by scaling. (Note: A water contact angle between 90° and 180° indicates a hydrophobic effect.)Hydrophobic patency

Anti-bacterial Performance

The antibacterial efficacy exceeds 99.99% against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, ensuring comprehensive elimination of microorganisms on the tube wall, preventing microbial film formation, and guaranteeing a permanent antibacterial effect.
