By ingeniously emulating the 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' phenomenon, our cutting-edge use of organic polymers and specialized processes elevates the water contact angle on our pipeline surfaces to an impressive 111° (with our standard control set at ≥105°). This significantly surpasses the ordinary polyethylene benchmarks of 88°-92°, greatly enhancing the pipeline's surface smoothness. It effectively minimizes the adsorption of calcium and magnesium ions, as well as other substances, resulting in a remarkable reduction in the pipeline's energy consumption. Simultaneously, the synergistic effect of anti-scaling and antibacterial properties ensures a true, lasting antibacterial performance of the pipeline, eliminating concerns of non-contact failure between the antibacterial layer and fluid due to scaling. (Water contact angle: the angle formed by water droplets on material surfaces, where 90° < water contact angle < 180° signifies hydrophobicity.)

Anti-bacterial Performance

Incorporating a highly effective ionic antibacterial agent within the inner wall, our pipes have been rigorously tested by the Guangdong Microbiological Analysis and Testing Center according to JC/T939-2004 standards. The result is an outstanding antibacterial rate of > 99.99% against common bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, as per testing requirements. This robust antibacterial action eradicates microorganisms on the tube wall, preventing microbial film formation and ensuring a permanent, reliable antibacterial effect.
