Inspired by the extraordinary 'lotus leaf hydrophobic' principle, this innovative pipeline employs organic polymers and specialized processes to elevate the water contact angle on its surface to an impressive 111° (standard control ≥105°). This significant enhancement far surpasses the ordinary polyethylene range of 88°-92°, resulting in a remarkably smoother surface. This advancement reduces the adsorption of calcium, magnesium ions, and other substances, thereby minimizing the energy consumption of water transmission.
