The Internal Epoxy External Double-layer Epoxy Coated Pipe
The coated composite steel pipe is made of steel pipe as the base pipe,thermal setting epoxy resin poweer and polyethylene as the coating material,and is made by thermal processing and coating process.Plastic coated composite steel pipe intergrates the superior mechanical properties of steel and the suoerior chemical corrosion resistance of polymer materials,greatly extends the service life of steel pipe,with corrosion resistance,not easy to scale,high pressure superior performance,is a new type of anti-corrosion pipeline.

The High-quality steel pipe is used as the base pipe,and a layer of expoxy resin material is coated on the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe through the thermal fusion process.

Epoxy & Plastic coated anti-corrosion steel pipe can adopt a variety of anticorrosive solutions to meet the needs of different working conditions. Applicable to buried, trenchless traction, pipe jacking and open-air applications and other environmental conditions, the following anti-corrosion solutions can be used respectively:
- Burried:inner epoxy outer PE,inner epoxy outer 3PE,inner epoxy outer 3PP,inner & outer epoxy coated
- Pipe Jacking:inner epoxy outer 3PE,inner epoxy outer3PP,inner epoxy outer double layer epoxy
- Trenchless traction:inner epoxy outer 3PE,inner epoxy outer 3PP,inner epoxy outer double layer epoxy
- Open-air application:inner epoxy outer anti-uv coated
Double-layer epoxy inner and outer layers are both epoxy resin-based resin coating, the two are compatible with each other, patching using solvent-free epoxy coatings, good compatibility.
The double-layer epoxy coating has good compatibility with the cathodic protection and will not shield the cathodic prot.
The coating material is made of epoxy resin with high molecular weight, which has good flexibility and excellent bending
The outer layer is modified epoxy coating with special scratch material, which has excellent scratch resistance.
Double-layer epoxy anticorrosive steel pipe can withstand a maximum temperature of 110ºC.
2.Internal corrosion layer: the molten epoxy powder is generally used as the internal corrosion layer,because the epoxy resin coating has strong adhesion,is not easy to fall off,smooth surface,not easy to scale to improve the delivery efficiency.
3.External preservative layer:preservative layer of molten epoxy powder,polyethylence powder or other matertials.
